Custom heat pump and air conditioner enclosures
A heat pump enclosure protects the outdoor unit from snow, hail, leaves and mechanical damage, while tidying up the facade and garden. We design and manufacture enclosures for heat pump and air conditioning outdoor units for detached houses, apartment buildings, offices, hotels and restaurants.
The covers are made in our plant from laser-cut, bent and powder-coated sheet metal. The louvres guide the air so that the unit runs at full efficiency, and service doors give easy access to the unit. Size, colour and pattern are matched to the specific unit model and to the building facade.

Advertising displays and retail shelving

MDF and plywood displays
Floor and counter displays made of MDF and plywood, printed in the brand’s visual identity. When the product requires it, we combine wood with metal and plastics.
Heat pump and air conditioner enclosures
Custom covers for outdoor units, powder-coated in the facade colour. Single units for investors and series for installers.
Contract metalworking
Laser cutting of sheet metal, press brake bending, CNC tube and wire bending, welding and powder coating. We manufacture parts to the customer’s documentation.
Machine park
We carry out the entire process in our own plant: cutting, bending, welding, powder coating and printing. This lets us control quality at every stage and double our production capacity at short notice.

How much does a heat pump enclosure cost?
The price depends on the dimensions of the outdoor unit, the type of sheet metal, the colour, the louvre pattern and the quantity. We quote each enclosure individually. Send us the unit model, its dimensions and a photo of the installation site, and we will prepare a quote.
Does an enclosure reduce heat pump efficiency?
A well-designed enclosure does not restrict the unit’s operation. We choose the louvre spacing and angle so that air flows freely to the heat exchanger and away from the fan. We also keep the service clearances recommended by the heat pump or air conditioner manufacturer.
Do you make custom enclosures, displays and shelving?
Yes. Most of our products are made to individual order. We adapt the dimensions, construction, colour and finish to the product, the unit or the display location.
Do you produce single units or only large series?
We handle both one-off, non-standard projects and large production runs for retail chains, brands and installation companies. For larger orders we start with a prototype for approval.
What materials do you use?
We work mainly with steel: sheet metal, wire, tubes and profiles. We also make displays from MDF and plywood, as well as plastic components. Metal parts are protected with a durable powder coating.
Do you offer laser cutting and metalworking services?
Yes. We offer contract laser cutting of sheet metal on Fiber TRUMPF fibre lasers, bending of sheet metal, tubes, profiles and wire, welding and powder coating. We manufacture parts to the customer’s documentation.
Do you take orders from customers abroad?
Yes. We produce for customers in Poland and abroad. Our product catalogue is available in Polish, German and English.
